I haven't played *any* single player since I've bought BF2 but with limited time because of a new addition to the fam even the mp hasn't happened. Well after checking out BF 2 files they had a release of a sp map called Stream by JONES<<IFC>> . With some nice loading instructions I saved the map to the appropriate directory and loaded it up. Initially I was hoping for vehicles but there are none...but you won't need any to find any action. Actually adding vehicles may have taken away from the feeling of depending on your mates and given it more of a lone ranger feel. Action is constant and steady and the map is very well filled out with appropriate foliage. Detail to map points was taken with care with the flags themselves at very tough points to both capture and defend. Even if you're not crazy about an infantry only map I'd say give this one a download....you won't be disappointed. You can find the map here.
